Since I'm on deadline to complete about 2 chapters worth of strips in about 2 weeks to complete content for Volume 3, I haven't been able to jump on the Wii Fit as regularly as I'd like. (Since there's a lot of loading time for each of the exercises, I spend twice as much time exercising than I probably need to.)
Instead, I've been jumping on the treadmill and trying out this app from iTune App store called Nike Training Club. You do need to create a profile on nikewomen.com, but they've got some pretty intense workouts. I did about 60% of yesterday's list and my arms and legs BURN today.
It's basically a bunch of videos that are tailored to what you want to focus on - strength training, cardio, or core. I chose core - and there's a mix of step weights, yoga/pilates, cardio type warm-ups, and floor exercises.
Today's my "break" day - as I have a bunch of errands to run, aside from meeting my mom for lunch. Yes, I have to drive to Ala Moana, and I hope I go early enough to get a nice parking space without too much traffic.
