Since I was having some stomach upset post-lunch today, I limited my exercises to 10 minutes - mostly strength training and yoga poses.
(I should note that utilizing core muscles when they are already jiggly from stomach upset... might not be the best of ideas. ^^;)
Also, the back of my knees are still a tad stiff from doing 20 minutes of free-step yesterday. (I was hoping to get a good leg and hind-quarter exercise.) ^^;
I had KS do his.. er.. weekly body tests and he found that he hadn't changed much since last week - despite his short runs on the treadmill and weight-training exercises. ^^; I had him try out one of the simpler strength-training exercises to give him a better idea of how the balance function works.
Weekends seem to be tougher for me to adhere to my Fit schedule - especially when we have errands to run, places to go, etc. I'm also feeling rather "bleah" from my lingering "cold". I ended up sleeping a good portion of the afternoon, after taking some gastro-intestinal meds. (They make me drowsy and a little woozy.)
