I've been seemingly eating less and started cooking again from home to save on money and eat more healthy. The lettuce wraps I made last night were quite good. The turkey (subbed with chicken breasts) ragout turned out well, even without the zucchini. Made dry curry with rice the other night with carried over for my lunch yesterday. Again, so far, so good.
Something I found out is that my congestion semi-cleared up when doing light aerobic exercise. I'm determined to stick with this Wii Fit schedule - doing a variety of workouts at least 30 minutes per day. (Of course, this means with all the menu switching and prep/demos, it usually amounts to roughly an hour to and hour 1/2.) I seem to have the most trouble with the balance exercises, while I get the most workout (that I can immediately feel) with the strength training and yoga routines. The aerobic workouts are pretty fun, I prefer the running in place and 10 minute free-step if I'm in a hurry to get my exercises over and done with. I'm holding off on the ground exercises like push-ups as my legs are still healing. (It's uncomfortable to put weight on my knees at the moment.)
Once my congestion goes away, I'll probably return to the treadmill for my 20 minute walks there to improve my cardio endurance (which is currently still pretty non-existent.) >_>;;
BUT! As I'm getting more familiar with the Wii, I'd like to hook up with other Wii users - maybe leave some messages and hope my Miis travel to other people's systems... ^^;; I don't have any games that connects via internet - at least that I'm aware of? (I only have the Wii Sports and Wii Fit.)
