I don't know what this world is coming to...
n2-Anpan OMP!!
Today, a 2 1/2 year old toddler was allegedly thrown from a freeway overpass to their death by a 23 year old man who is currently in police custody.

...more info on the Honolulu Advertiser.

The story just gets worse by the minute...

That is just horrifying. I am also pretty disturbed that no one seems to know who the toddler is and where the baby's family is.

I think that's the latest news we have. It seems they might have a lock on the kid's identity, but it's not being released to the public.

So disheartening to know that people are capable of doing things like this. *sigh*

I heard about this when I woke up this morning, everything about it is so horrible.

I can only hope the kid was dead before everything happened... It's so depressing.

I hope so too (;___;)

arg, I just found out he went to my highschool . . . (=______=) *shudder*

Ack, that's horrible ;-; The update won't load, but I'm not sure I should if it's just getting worse *hugs* I also feel bad for the people who were driving... whoever hit it must have felt so traumatized @___@ /wah!

They might be changing the links on the site. That link's the latest news we have. It's been all over the news today.

I was thinking the same thing - I can't imagine what it would be like to the driver that first hit the child... T__T

Just saw pictures, which you'll be seeing on TV right about now. The man looks mentally challenged. (Just read the Advertiser article, which says the same thing.)

Then there was the woman who got beat to death with a rifle butt by her ex last night in Kailua.

I saw the news about the woman beat to death... those seem to be the only 2 stories on the news...

That and the new football head coach news, of course.

The guy seemed mentally disturbed... but I'm curious as to what prompted all of this. From a glance it seems he was doing this to get noticed.

That was ... so awful and utterly bizarre :(
